1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the ReferMint platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Merchant Obligations
Merchants must provide accurate business information, fund reward pools before activating campaigns, honor bookings made through the platform.
5. Ambassador Obligations
Ambassadors must share referral links honestly and transparently. Prohibited activities include: self-referrals, spam, misleading claims, incentivized clicks, and any form of referral fraud.
6. Payments & Fees
Reward payouts are processed from pre-funded merchant pools. ReferMint charges a platform fee as described on our Pricing page.
7. Fraud & Abuse
ReferMint reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected fraud, including suspending accounts, withholding payouts, and reporting to law enforcement.
8. Intellectual Property
All ReferMint branding, logos, designs, and software are owned by ReferMint Inc. Users retain ownership of content they upload.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReferMint is a marketplace platform connecting merchants and ambassadors. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by merchants.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Pending verified payouts will be processed and unspent reward pool funds returned.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
