We also automatically collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to operate and improve the ReferMint platform, process transactions and payouts, detect and prevent fraud, communicate with you about your account and campaigns, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions; service providers who help operate our platform; referral tracking partners as necessary for attribution; and law enforcement when legally required.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted data at rest, secure authentication with bcrypt password hashing, and regular security audits. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data, opt out of marketing communications, and request account deletion at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@refermint.io.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain certain transaction records for up to 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance.
7. Children's Privacy
ReferMint is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
